E-Coat

Our subcontractor's new electrocoating line boasts a unique fourteen stage pretreatment system that consists of both immersion and spray stages.

A crucial component that is distinctive to our electrocoating line is the acid cleaning process. Our acid cleaning capabilities are particularly effective for laser cut, heat-treated, brazed and welded parts where traditional pretreatment systems are inadequate. In addition to the fourteen stage pretreatment system, there are many other unique features, as outlined on the following page, that make our subcontractor's E-Coat system the best in the industry.

Prototype Powder Coat

We specialize in the preparation of prototype parts. Powder application is just one of the critical elements of our complete prototype finishing. Special care is taken in part handling, pre-treating, masking, packaging and certification. These procedures are combined to provide seamless service you can rely upon. As with our production systems, our dedicated prototyping equipment is focused on efficiency with the highest level of quality, eye appeal and value of your products.

Production Powder Coat

We offer unique powder coating processes resulting in a tough, durable and attractive finish. The versatility of powder coating allows it to be used on stampings, castings, extrusions, tubing, and a wide array of other applications.

Pretreatment Process

Parts undergo an eight-stage cleaning process prior to powder application ensuring optimum adhesion, durability and appearance.

Custom Masking

We provide expertise in custom masking to protect mating and contact surfaces where critical tolerances must be preserved. We develop innovative mask designs providing solutions to customers' complex masking requirements.
