Prototype Specialists established in 1959, manufactures
small to medium size prototype metal stampings and assemblies. Our engineering facilities
provide information to assist our customers in minimizing problems that might occur
without proper pre-release testing. We are capable of short run and production support.
with the necessary tooling and fixtures being produced in our machine shop. The ability to
develop a manufactured part from conception to completion is one of our greatest assets.
Facility
Greater Detroit, Michigan. Our 25,000 sq ft plant provides space for our 25 presses up to 500
ton. Equipment lists are continually updated and are available upon request. Robotic
welding for production simulation and our state of the art Cad Cam Quality assurance
departments compliment our production teams.

responsible for ensuring that our parts will withstand the elaborate testing and
inspection requirements demanded by our customers. The Quality Assurance Team is
accountable for internal inspections and tractability of our outgoing shipments.
