per month. We have a quality system and certified welders to meet all of our
customer’s requirements.

customers when lead time is critical for job completion. We are located close to
major service centers, metal fabricators and specialty facilities that can be

Commitment to Quality
Cooper
Weld Seam offers a variety of services for your welding and rolling
requirements. Weld Seam produces both longitudinal and circumferential automatic
welding of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Our equipment can accommodate and
produce various shapes which include: flat sheets and plates; cylinders; bands;
tubes; cones; cabinets; housing and tanks.
Welding
Our capabilities are in TIG, MIG and sub-ARC. We have automatic seam welding
machines for both longitudinal and circumferential welding. While most of our
products are fabricated on our automated seamers, we also have hand and spot
welding. Our precision welding tables allow us to use fixtures for your specific
hand welded fabrications.
Roll
Forming
Our wide range of rollers will certainly accommodate any of your
fabrication needs. We use initial pinch, 2-roll, 3-roll, and 4-roll
machines. The recent addition of CNC controls has allowed us to move past
the traditional cylinder and into more complex shapes. From ovals to boxes,
we welcome any part for your project. Custom programming will ensure
tolerances are kept with consistency.
Shearing
Our shear is 144" long with .250" thickness capacity.
Stamping
This is our newest service for those customers who need specific markings
etched on their parts. Computerized controls allow us to mark not only
numbers and letters but also unique patterns. Unlike our other services,
this can be used on plastic, paper, and many other surfaces.
